All abstracts must be submitted online using the abstract submission form.
Abstracts sent by e-mail, fax, or incomplete entries will not be considered for presentation.
Abstracts are invited for possible oral or poster presentations.

All submissions must include:
Name and institutional affiliation of all listed authors
Contact details for the first author
Contact details for the presenting author
Abstract (max. 300 words)
There is no limit on the number of abstracts that each person may submit.
Titles should be no longer than 20 words.
All submission abstracts should be up to 300 words, exclusive of the title.
Abstracts should not include references.
The abstract should be structured using the following headings:
Authors are permitted to submit one table and/or one figure. Please note that no more than one of each are allowed.
Submissions will be considered solely on the information provided. If a submission does not include all the required elements set out above it will not be considered for presentation.
Authors will be notified of the reviewers’ decision via email.
Please note that reviewers may feel that a particular submission lends itself to a different format to that which the author proposed. In this case the author will be invited to consider the alternative format. The reviewers’ decision is final and the conference organising committee are unable to respond to further enquiries once a decision has been made.
If successful, in order to confirm acceptance, an author must register and pay to attend the conference by 5pm the 2nd of June 2017.
Should confirmation not be received by this date, the Committee reserves the right to remove your submission from the programme.
